Precast concrete products and ready-mix concrete from Iran Cement, for construction, industrial and infrastructure projects.
Production
- The precast concrete workshop opened in 2024 on a site of about 13 hectares, with production, support and office areas.
- Twin production sheds: about 1,440 m² for unreinforced concrete products and 1,500 m² for electric poles.
- A 450 m² shed for fence posts and an office building of about 300 m².
Ready-mix concrete
- A batching plant, eight truck mixers and a boom pump supply and place concrete for building, civil and high-rise projects.
- Current capacity is 3,500 m³ a month, planned to rise to 10,000 m³ a month.
Precast products
Reinforced precast wall panels, single- and double-face
- Concrete grade 400 kg/m³.
- Rebar: size 14 for columns, size 10 for walls and foundations.
- Can be made with corrosion-resistant GFRP composite rebar.
- Concrete grade and rebar follow the electricity utility’s (Tavanir) specification.
Self-standing reinforced precast wall
- Concrete grade 400 kg/m³.
- Rebar: size 14 for columns, size 10 for walls and foundations.
- Can be made with corrosion-resistant GFRP composite rebar.
Concrete floor tiles, code CF-400
- Concrete grade 400 kg/m³.
- Size 40 × 40 cm, 4 cm thick, in a range of patterns.
Wet-press kerbs, codes WP-Crb-500×500 and WP-Crb-300×500
- Concrete grade 400 kg/m³, made by wet-press technology.
- Sizes 12.5 × 50 × 50 cm and 12.5 × 30 × 50 cm.
- High resistance to weather.
Reinforced concrete fence posts, code RG-270
- Concrete grade 400 kg/m³.
- Rebar: three size-8 bars lengthwise and size-6 stirrups.
- Size 270 × 11 × 10 cm.
Concrete markers
- Concrete grade 300 kg/m³.
- Rebar size 12.
Reinforced precast slabs
- Concrete grade 375 kg/m³; rebar sizes 8 and 16, depending on slab size.
- Flat slab codes (length × width × thickness, cm): RSL-90×30×8, 100×100×12, 200×100×12, 200×100×14, 200×110×14, 200×110×16, 200×120×14, 200×130×16.
New Jersey barriers, plain and articulated
- Concrete grade 400 kg/m³.
- Plain barriers are 1 or 2 m long; articulated barriers are 4 or 6 m long, with middle and end pieces.
Electric poles
- Square poles: BH9-400, BH9-600, BH9-800, BH12-400, BH12-600, BH12-800.
- Round poles: BC-9-200, BC-9-400, BC-9-800, BC-12-400, BC-12-600.
